Progress Timeline
Column & Beam Work – 3rd Floor
Structural column and beam work for the 3rd floor has been completed and passed quality inspection. Shuttering work for the 4th floor slab is underway.
2nd Floor Slab Casting
The 2nd floor slab was successfully cast with M25 grade concrete. Cube testing samples collected for 7, 14, and 28-day strength verification.
1st Floor Structure Complete
All 1st floor columns, beams, and slab have been completed. Brickwork has commenced on the ground floor. Plumbing concealment in progress.
Foundation & Ground Floor
Foundation work completed including raft foundation, anti-termite treatment, and water-proofing of basement. Ground floor column casting in progress.
