Aanandam is smaller, quieter, Vastu-compliant, closer to possession and on the NH corridor with priced-in certainty at ₹49 Lakhs onwards*. Bloom is a full gated community with a clubhouse, pool and landscaped greens on Kanke Ring Road, earlier in its build cycle and priced on request.

Balconies are not a rounding error

Aanandam's A and C layouts carry four balconies each, D carries three plus a dedicated wash area. In Ranchi's climate that changes how the home lives through the year far more than a marginal difference in carpet area.

The study question

Only the A1 layout at Bloom has a dedicated study alongside three bedrooms and three toilets. If working from home is permanent for you, it is the one to see first.
